We use enquiries to reply to you and assess requested work. The ProcureTrack demo stores its sample-workflow entries in your browser, not in a Forvex account. The prototype request form uses Web3Forms to send submissions to us.
Who is responsible
For privacy questions about Forvex Systems or requests concerning your information, email build@forvexsystems.com with "Privacy request" in the subject.
Information we handle
- Contact enquiries: the name, email, optional company, service choice and message you put into the contact form. That form opens your email app; it does not send data to a Forvex website backend.
- Prototype requests: your name, company, contact details and answers about your business and intended project. If you choose Submit, these are sent to Web3Forms and forwarded to our email. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp instead.
- Demo data: the ProcureTrack browser demo uses localStorage for sample requests and sessionStorage for the selected demo role. This is stored on your device and can be cleared using your browser's site-data controls or the demo reset control. Do not enter real confidential or personal information into the demo.
- Technical data: the website host and service providers may receive IP address, browser and request information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to your enquiry, discuss or prepare a requested prototype, operate the website and demo, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, this processing may be based on your request for pre-contract discussions, consent where required, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests where permitted. Providing enquiry details is optional, but without a way to contact you we may not be able to reply. We do not use demo entries for automated decisions about you.
Services and transfers
We share information only with providers needed for these purposes, such as our website host, email provider and Web3Forms for submitted prototype requests. Google Fonts may receive technical request data when fonts load. Following a WhatsApp link takes you to Meta's service, whose own privacy terms apply. These providers may process data outside Bahrain or Saudi Arabia, including in the United States. Such transfers can require additional safeguards under applicable law. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or confidential project files through public forms or the demo; contact us first if you need another route.
Web3Forms currently describes submission storage and retention on its service site; its documentation has differed over time, so we do not promise that it acts only as a transient relay.
Cookies and browser storage
The public marketing pages do not currently run advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. The ProcureTrack demo uses functional localStorage and sessionStorage to keep the sample workflow and selected role in your browser. You can clear that data using the demo reset control or your browser's site-data settings. Our hosting and external service providers may use their own essential technical storage when you use their services.
Retention and security
We normally retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last substantive interaction, unless an active project, legal requirement or dispute requires longer. We then delete or anonymise it where practicable. Third-party providers may hold copies for their own stated periods. Browser demo data remains on your device until you reset it or clear site storage. We use reasonable access controls and HTTPS where available, but no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask about the data we hold, request access or correction, object to certain use, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, or request deletion or restriction. Email build@forvexsystems.com. We may need to verify your identity and may have to keep information where law requires it. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Authority or Saudi Arabia's competent authority where applicable.
Updates and product accounts
This notice covers the public website, enquiry flows and browser-only demo. It does not replace a separate privacy notice or agreement for any future production SaaS product or customer deployment. We will update this page if the site's data practices change.
