This is the Forvex Systems website. These terms cover the public site and demonstration experiences. A paid product or custom project will require separate written terms.
Using the site
You may browse the site and try publicly available demos for lawful evaluation. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, or use a demo to store real sensitive, confidential or regulated information. We may update or withdraw demo features at any time.
Prototype and roadmap status
ProcureTrack's interactive demo uses sample data, simulated roles and browser storage. It is a preview, not a production procurement service, secure records repository or promise of availability. Construction workflows, AI capabilities, release dates and any proposed plans are exploratory unless we explicitly confirm them in a separate agreement. Website examples do not guarantee the same outcome for your organisation.
Requests and proposals
Submitting an enquiry or a 72-hour prototype request does not create a client relationship, guarantee a prototype or commit either party to a project. Scope, deliverables, timing, pricing, intellectual property, support and data protection terms will be agreed separately in writing before paid work begins.
Content and intellectual property
The site's writing, design, branding and demo code belong to Forvex Systems or their respective owners, except where stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Third-party names and case-study material remain the property of their respective owners.
External services and links
Links to WhatsApp, email, Web3Forms, Paddle or other sites lead to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy notices may apply. Our privacy notice explains the information handled through this website, and our refund policy explains subscription cancellation and refund handling.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but demos and informational pages may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or fitness of a preview for a particular business decision. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
